Sansiri Public Company Limited has achieved a significant milestone by being ranked as the most desired company to work for in the real estate sector among the young generation, according to the Top 50 Companies in Thailand 2025 survey conducted by WorkVenture. Sansiri secured the 20th position among real estate companies, reflecting its status as a High Performance Organization and a Dream Job for the younger workforce, showcasing excellent performance in creating an engaging work experience and environment.

The ranking by WorkVenture is widely recognized by both domestic and international businesses for its credibility, based on precise survey standards that genuinely reflect the opinions of the younger workforce. The survey gathered insights from 12,559 individuals aged 22-35, all of whom hold at least a bachelor's degree and reside in Bangkok and its vicinity. Participants were asked open-ended questions that allowed for genuine expression of thought, without any leading prompts, such as 'Which company would you most like to work for and why?'
